HR Executive Role and Responsibilities Responsible for managing day-to-day human resource activities like managing payroll, handling attendance management system, Leave management system, identifying manpower requirements, creating job descriptions.
- Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, Attendance system, Leave management system, ESIC, Medical deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/MIS/Reporting or related software.
- Ensures compliance, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
- Creating and managing schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR activities
- Handling performance management procedure and appraisals is a key task in hr executive job description.
- Maintaining records, attendance and data of each employee and providing them to the management team when required
- Handling employee grievances, if any and updating the employees with policies, compliances, and regulations
- Overseeing safety and health of the employees
- Handling and managing data/records of each employee of the organization.

Qualifications required:
- MBA degree in human resources or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR profanation.
- Should possess a positive and approachable personality to address grievances.
- Should be able to work in stressful situations with strict timelines
- Extra certifications and trainings are preferable.
- Excellent communication skills with pleasing personality are a must
