Himalayan School of Science & Technology (constituent academic unit of Swami Rama Himalayan University), requires following personnel:-

S.No. Post College/Department Eligibility Criteria
1. Principal Himalayan School of Science & Technology As per UGC Norms:

 

i. Must be Ph.D. in relevant discipline

ii. Professor/Associate Professor with a total service/experience of at least 15 years of teaching/research in Universities, Colleges and other Institution of Higher education and

iii. A minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals and

iv. A minimum of 110 Research Score as per Appendix-III, Table 2 of UGC.
2. Professor Computer Science & Engineering i. Master’s Degree with Ph.D in the appropriate branch of Engg. & Tech., and experience of ten years in teaching, research and / or industry, out of which at least five years at the level of Associate Professor / Reader or equivalent grade.

 

ii. Published work, such as research papers, patents filed / obtained, books, and / or technical reports.

iii. Experience of guiding the project work / dissertation of PG / Research Students or supervising R&D projects in industry.

Demonstrated leadership in planning and organizing academic, research, industrial and / or professional activities; and capacity to undertake / lead sponsored R&D, consultancy and related activities.
3. Associate Professor i. Master’s Degree with Ph.D in the appropriate branch of Engg., & Tech., and experience of eight years in teaching, research and / or industry at the level of Lecturer or equivalent grade, excluding period spent on obtaining the research degree.

 

ii.Published work, such as research papers, patents filed / obtained, books, and / or technical reports;

Experience of guiding the project work / dissertation of PG / Research Students or supervising R&D projects in industry.
4. Assistant

 

Professor

 i.Master’s Degree level in a relevant branch of Engineering (Engg.) & Technology (Tech) with UGC-NET/SET/SLET

 

ii. Two years Teaching, research industrial and / or professional experience in a reputed organization.

iii. Papers presented at Conferences and / or in refereed journals.

Ph.D. is desirable
